These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Vastu Guru website, courses, workshops and consultation services (the "Services"), operated by My Vastu Guru. By creating an account, purchasing a course or workshop, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Courses, Workshops & Content Access

Paid courses and workshops are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login, download links, or purchased content with anyone else, or redistribute, resell, or publicly post course material. Free-preview content (limited video seconds or PDF pages) is provided to help you evaluate a course before purchase.

Access duration for any course, workshop, or bonus content is as stated on the relevant product page or in your dashboard at the time of purchase — this may be lifetime access or a limited period, at My Vastu Guru's discretion.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access to paid content is granted automatically once payment is confirmed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase, or contact us directly for any payment-related concern. Digital course/workshop access, once granted, is generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered.

5. Workshops & Live Sessions

Workshop dates, times, and formats (online/offline/hybrid) are as published on the workshop page and may be rescheduled by My Vastu Guru with reasonable notice. Recordings, where made available, are subject to the access terms shown on the workshop page.

6. Vastu & Consultation Disclaimer

Vastu Shastra guidance and consultations provided through My Vastu Guru are offered for informational and advisory purposes. They do not constitute engineering, structural, legal, financial, or medical advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, sharing paid material, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
